• Heart Start Workshop (Ages 18+) (Includes CPR Card) - $55 Donation
• CPR Cardio Crew (Ages 13-17) - $20 Donation  
• Beat the Clock CPR (Ages 9-12) - $10 Donation 
• Heartbeat Heroes (Ages 5-8) - FREE 

​What you will learn

For Children:

• Hands-only CPR: Basic chest compressions to help someone in cardiac arrest.
• Choking First Aid: Techniques like back blows and abdominal thrusts.
• Emergency Recognition: Identifying when to call 911 and how to stay calm.
• AED Introduction: Learning what an AED is and how it works.

For Adults:

• CPR Certification: Full CPR (including rescue breaths) for infants, children, and adults.
• AED Use: How to safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator.
• Choking Response: First aid techniques for choking victims.
• First Aid: Handling common emergencies like cuts, burns, and allergic reactions.
